Over The Top, Going Out Makeup

Hi Beauts.

I have put together this look for you because, I don't know about you, but always get bored of the same look. You know, repeated every time I go out. Now, I am only nearly fourteen year old so I don't actually go out partying and clubbing. However, I do go to parties and such, just not ones I would want to wear this heavy makeup. Enough of my rambling, lets get on to the tutorial!

This is what my fresh faced teenage self looks like, scary huh? Anyway, start off by prepping the skin. I washed my face with the Simple Micellar Water and moisturised with Garnier Pure Active Intensive 24h Moisturiser. Then, dried it with a towel.

After moisturising, I applied foundation. I used the Revlon Colourstay for combination / oily skin, as that is my skin type, in colour 110 Ivory. I applied this all over my face with a Beauty Blender for an airbrushed, perfect look.

Yes, yes, I do look dead.

Then, I used my beloved, worn concealer, which is Collection Lasting Perfection. Might I add, this works wonders covering blemishes and highlighting. This is in number 1 Fair. I applied it in triangles under my eyes, my forehead, my chin, nose, cupids bow and jaw.

It's a bit hard to see as its such a similar colour to my foundation. I blended this with my damp Beauty Blender for an even more flawless look..

Again, a bit dead looking. At this point, I put a little bit of lip balm on to prep my lips for lipstick.

However, now its time to add depth, dimension and colour to my face! To start with, I used the brown shade from the #BlushAndGlow face palette from Collection, and chiselled my cheekbones with a contour brush. Then, I used the darker pink for the apples of my cheeks. after that, I used a fan brush to dust the highlighter onto my cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose and just a tad on my cupids bow.

Slightly less dead.

Using Maybelline's 24h Colour Tattoo, in Creamy Beige, as a base, I applied it to my lid for a more vibrant, lasting eye shadow application.

From Sephora's Wish Christmas Collection, Wish No 3, I used the army green shimmery shadow. I packed this right on top of the Colour Tattoo for more vibrancy.

Mind the little invading hair strand.

I then applied this dark purple shimmery
shadow, from the Makeup Revolution  London Redemption Palette Iconic 3, to just above the green with a small shadow brush and blended with a fluffy brush.

After that, I used a frosty pink shade from the same Makeup Revolution palette, as used previously, to highlight the centre of my lid. As well as lining my lower lash line with that dark purple.

Using the P.S. love... Liquid eyeliner, from Primark, I created an elongated thick wing.

I also used the Two Faced Better Than Sex mascara but accidently forgot to take a picture of it. Finish off with brows. I used the Maybelline Brow pencil in Hazel and, from the Sephora Wish Set, the matte browns from Wish 1 and 2. As well as the Maybelline Brow Drama in transparent. Can you tell I like Maybelline? If you would like an in-depth Brow tutorial, please do comment below.

I then simply added some Maybelline, again, Tantalising Taupe lipstick and I was done!

I do hope you liked this look, and if so, comment down below. Also, let me know if you have anymore requests. If you want an insight as to how I did by hair today, let me know also.

Until next time...

I'm Back!

Hi beauts.

Ok. So, I've been away a while because I actually have a life, haha. No, for real I have just been not in the mood for blogging for a few months and out of the blue, I decided to rejoin the blogging world!

Without a shadow of a doubt, I will remember about my little space on the internet. As I have sat here in my new found "blogging nook" with a numb bum, for about two hours, so far, I have done absolutely nothing other than rekindle my knowledge of the blogger world. As well as create that long awaited Ariel mood board!

All jokes aside, this took me about an hour to perfect as I wanted it to be perfect for you guys and honestly, I think it is the best one yet.

Now, obviously, the last time I tried to commit to a schedule, it miserably failed. So, I am not, I repeat NOT, going to get all flustered and dump a whole load of pressure on my shoulders. From here on outwards, absolutely no schedule, I am going to post if and when I feel like it!

I guess that is all from me today!

Until next time...
