Fashion Moodboard ~ Snow White

Hi Beauts.

Today, I thought I would create a sort of moodboard inspired by Disney's Snow White.
I love Disney so much, can you tell?

From now on, every Wednesday, I will create a Disney inspired collage then post it here on Miss Freya Elizabeth. Next week will be Cinderella then the next Ariel, the next Rapunzel and so on.

Until next time...

My Hair Routine

Hi beauts.

I thought I'd show you my after washing hair-hair routine. I did forget to take a few pics in the process but I'll explain them anyway.

Obviously, the first thing to do is wash your hair, now, I do this 2-3 times a week and that isn't dirty. Okay? Okay. {Fault In Our Stars Quote} Don't feel like you need to wash your hair everyday, give it time to breathe and absorb its natural oils. If you are washing your hair everyday, try to cut back one day at a time and eventually your hair will look and feel much healthier! I love Pantene, it just treats my hair so well. I always aim to get for frizzy, dry hair products, that is how I keep those frizzy hairs under control!

After towel drying my hair, I add this VO5 heat defence serum on my hair for those days in between washes that I use heat on my hair. I also apply some of this as a tamer and a heat protectant before and after I use heat/dry my hair. The scent of this is so indulgent and some days I wish I could wear it as a perfume, but I don't.

Here is me this morning, showing off my hair, before school. I slept with one plait at the back of my head last night and I'm surprised it actually made my hair wavy at all, because most of it was out in the morning! By the way, my hair isn't that brassy in real life, it is just because I turned the saturation up.

I also added a little bit of beach spray for a more beachy look!

Until net time...

Outfit Of The Day

Hi beauts.

This is what I wore for my parents evening / all afternoon on Thursday. I really love this dress and my new shoes as they are both recent purchases. This was actually took on my camera, not my phone as I finally bought batteries, but I am struggling in the YouTube department. Any video suggestions would be helpful, maybe a make-up or hair video? Anyway, I got this dress from Primark, for £8, bargain, a few weeks back and I have fallen in love. It has cut off shoulders with spaghetti straps, as well as a small cut out on the neck line. It is a short length without it flashing your knickers, so don't worry, also the sleeves end just above the elbows so it's great if you don't really like your upper arms
.
The shoes, I got in River Island and I don't know how much they were but I bet they weren't as cheap as Primark shoes. They're nude, have a platform and a heel.

My Perfect Life Plan

Hi beauts.

Recently, I have thought up my perfect life plan. This probably won't happen, ever, but I can at least try to live by it, right?

So, firstly, I want to leave school with, at least, 7 GCSE's, with at least 5 being A*'s.
Then, I hope to go to a college nearby and complete a course in Public Services or something that allows you to be a DI. In college, is when I want to find my fairy tale prince and fall in love.

After college, I want to have a gap year and go travelling all over the globe, hopefully with my prince.

Eventually, I want to go University, I don't know which one yet, but I definitely want to go. My ideal one would be Oxford but everyone knows that's not going to happen, a girl can only dream, right? Also I would want an apartment and a part time job so I could do it all up and feel like it is my own.

Then, after uni, I want to get a job related to being a DI or preferably go straight into the job.

Since I would have been with my prince for at least 4 years already, in my perfect world, I don't know what age I would be right now, but, I do not plan on having kids before the age of 27. Some people may say this is pretty old to have kids, but, personally, it is the perfect age. Also, I don't believe in being married before having children, but it is a good idea, it's just I would like my kids to experience it with us. Hopefully, I would be in a well payed job by 30, and have my own house.

Then I would go on to live a happy life with no problems what so ever.

Obviously, this is my perfect life and none of this will probably happen but, you have to have a dream to live it, I guess.

Until next time...

DIY Splatter Leggings

Hi beauts.

My mum had a splatter of bleach on her leggings and she wasn't ever going to wear them again, so, I thought I would make them re-wearable. I was aiming for the galaxy look, but that didn't exactly happen, so, it's more of a splattered but cute look. To start off, you will obviously need the bleach and something to splatter with, I used an old hair dye brush, but you can use whatever you have. At one point, I turned to soaking a dish cloth in bleach and squeezing it on to them, that gave more of a spotted look, I guess. I recommend doing this outside, as it can get really, and I mean REALLY messy.

It seriously doesn't matter what bleach you use as long as it is actually bleach. We already had this one in the house for cleaning purposes, so I just used this, the cheaper, the better.

The leggings with the already existing splash of bleach, so annoying.

That bleach gets to work real quick.

Front

The end result of the front.

Back
And then the back. Don't mind the broken head band there, that was one of my genius ways of splattering the bleach
I then left them out on the washing line overnight whilst they developed into a pinkish cream colour.

Here are the legging,s I thought I should model them, and turns out, they look a lot better on than I thought they would.

Until next time...
